Meet the Team
Read a little bit about the amazing writers of the Archangel Archives.

Ani Berianidze
Grade 12
Ani is excited to be a student at St. Michael’s and soon a university student in her dream university TMU. She can be found by the gym doors with her friends talking about silly stuff. When she is not at school, she can be found home drawing or reading her favorite genre of books, mainly history and philosophy. (She adores Medieval History and the Italian philosopher Dante). She also enjoys playing video games, like Elden Ring. She likes being around people, but can also get quiet often, but that does not mean she is not having fun hanging out, she is just tired and is just quietly enjoying company with others.

Abigail Delic
Grade 12
Abigail Delic is a senior on paper at St.Michael’s, but still feels like a freshman at heart. Does she want to be an accountant, a painter or some secret third option? She could definitely be a trackstar considering how great she seems to be at running away from her problems. Abigail can typically be found hiding in the library, the chapel or Ms. Falvo’s room, with her airpods blasting a Taylor Swift song. She may not know where she’s going or how she’s going to get there, but she’s betting on God guiding her every step of the way.

Vee Di Gennaro
Grade 12
Vee Di Gennaro is a Roblox obsessed individual who is always on that Roblox Grind. They can be found chilling with their buddies near the gym entrance at the windows. When they aren't at school, they can be found spam calling their friends to hop on Fortnite or Roblox. On the weekend, Vee goes thrifting to find unique items to create creative outfits to express themselves.

Julia Edwards
Grade 12
As a grade 12 student Julia Edwards is excited for graduation. She hopes to attend university for business before furthering her education by getting her MBA. She often can be found walking in late first period, or driving her friends to Tims on lunch. Julia loves winter, shopping, and movies. In her spare time she enjoys dancing, traveling and skiing. Julia looks forward to being a part of The Archangels Archives and having a successful senior year!

Isabelle Ehmann
Grade 10
I enjoy writing, reading, and singing, and I even write my own songs. I’m currently training to become a lifeguard and I love volunteering in my community. I recently had the exciting opportunity to be featured in a podcast, which inspired me even more to share my voice and passions with others. I enjoy spending time outdoors, trying new activities, and connecting with people who share similar interests.

Neo Fisher
Grade 11
Neo is a grade 11 student in the arts advantage music program. The most common place you can find him is in the music room practicing the tenor saxophone, often in the presence of his friends. When out of school Neo spends a lot of time with his sisters and his pets, three dogs and two cats. He usually enjoys putting a pen to paper and drawing whatever is on his mind. You can spot Neo in the hallways by his colorful hair that changes with the season. He is thrilled to be a part of the school news paper.

Sophia Lopez
Grade 10
Sofia is a grade ten student at St. Michael's this year. Though she always strives to do the best she can in her classes, yet you'll often find her drawing on anything she can find. In her free time, Sofia enjoys drawing, listening to/playing music, reading, and watching TV. Currently, she has five books that she has yet to finish, and who knows how many graphic texts. She spends a good lot of her time at home, where you can find her two younger siblings. They enjoy watching movies and playing (video) games together.

Shia Tailor
Grade 10
Shia is very excited for the upcoming year, she can often be found in the music room, with her friends. She enjoys drawing, and testing her artistic abilities. Oftentimes, just listening to a certain song can brighten her day as she holds a profound appreciation and love for music.
Teacher Support
Read a little bit about some of the teachers who support our team of writers.

Ms. Cuffaro
Religion and RAISE Teacher
Ms Cuffaro teaches grades 9 & 10 Religion and RAISE this semester! This time, with the challenge of being the teacher instead of the student. She enjoys playing and watching sports (go Thunder, Steelers, Leafs and Jays!) Ms. Cuffaro currently holds the role of being the Head Coach of Jr. Boys Volleyball, Jr. Badminton, Assistant Coach of Sr. Girl Volleyball and Cheer!
Check her out in room 241, ready to talk all things sports and faith!

Ms. De Bartolo
English and Civics Teacher
Ms. De Bartolo teaches English and Civics this semester, which means juggling everything from debate-worthy topics to creative chaos. A proud graduate of the very school she now teaches at, she’s passionate about helping students find their voice and believes learning should be both challenging and exciting.
Outside the classroom, you’ll probably find Ms. De Bartolo exploring local events, organising game nights, or laughing too loud with friends over coffee. She enjoys meaningful conversations, spontaneous plans, and finding time to slow down in a busy world.

Ms. Falvo
English and French Teacher
Ms. Falvo is excited to be back at St. Michael teaching English and French this year alongside several of her St. Michael alumni classmates! She can often be found sipping on a coffee in room 226 before first period while she’s editing student work and getting ready for a day full of language learning.
When she’s not teaching, she can be found with her nose stuck in a book (if she’s not “drowning in marking” she can finish up to two books a week) or travelling (to date, she has travelled to 10 counties and has visited over 25 cities!)

Ms. Scarola
English and Religion Teacher
Ms. Scarola is teaching Religion and English this semester and is thrilled to be back at St. Michael as a teacher! Fluent in Italian and French, she's always up for a chat about languages (or to convince you that French verbs aren't that scary). When she's not teaching, you'll probably spot her traveling, going on long walks, or surrounded by all things pink.

Into languages? Curious to learn? Stop by her room-you might leave saying bonjour or ciao!
